1. CRIMINAL JUSTICE AFTERCARE PROGRAM. The Corporation provides a faith-based program of temporary housing, transportation, general supervision, counseling, employment guidance, life skills training, and opportunities for spiritual and character development for persons being released on parole or being discharged after a period of incarceration. Participation is limited to persons who show strong interest in the faith-based nature of the program and voluntarily agree to the conditions of participation established by the Trustees of the Corporation. The expected length of stay in the program is six months but may vary based on periodic assessments of each individual situation. Program participants pay a monthly program fee for the duration of their participation. At the discretion of the Trustees of the Corporation, the fees may be adjusted or waived for varying periods of time because of extenuating circumstances in individual cases.

2. TEMPORARY HOUSING AND TRANSPORTATION. The Corporation may provide temporary housing and transportation to needy, transient, or homeless. Such persons will be expected to participate in the same faith-based program described in the paragraph above for the duration of their stay and must also voluntarily agree to the conditions of participation established by the Trustees of the Corporation. The expected length of stay for such persons is less than three months but may vary based on periodic assessments of each individual situation. Those persons who are able will pay a monthly program fee for the duration of their stay. At the discretion of the Trustees of the Corporation, the fees may be adjusted or waived for varying periods of time because of extenuating circumstances in individual cases.

3. AGRICULTURAL AND BUSINESS ACTIVITIES. The Corporation has long-term plans to establish agricultural and business operations in the future for the dual purpose of providing employment and vocational training opportunities to program participants and providing a source of income to be used solely for the expenses and development of the Corporation’s charitable programs and activities.

4. SPIRITUAL RETREATS AND TRAINING. The Corporation may in the future offer to interested persons a variety of faith-based retreats and training opportunities, which may include instruction in life skills, character development, and spiritual truth.
